How a piece leaves us, and how it can come back.
Shipping
We deliver across Bangladesh. The shipping fee for your basket is calculated at checkout, before you confirm payment. You will receive an order reference once the order is placed.
Returns
If a piece is unused and still in its original packaging, you can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery. Email imran.yasirul@gmail.com with your order reference before sending anything back.
What we cannot take back
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts of the original pack are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Faults covered by the brand warranty are handled separately.
